Very helpful staff. Very comfortable. nicely decorated rooms with easy internet access. They provided gluten free breakfast for me which cost me a little extra. The location is very close to the Pantheon, Navona Piazza and Trevi Fountain and many shops and restaurants along the surrounding streets.
It is a small but neat place. Location in the center of everything is perfect. It is right on Via Corso which is a busy road but with heavy shutters I slept great.
My only complaint was neither my fault or theirs but they arent flexible. My flight to Italy late was cancelled so I had no option but to go the next day. I sent them a message but since it wasnt a full 24 hours before they still charged me for the night I wasnt there. Obviously this put a damper on what was otherwise a great stay.
The location is great for those wishing to be in the Old City of Rome and within walking distance of virtually every significant ruin and great eating places. The owner and staff are friendly, courteous, interested in their customers and helpful to the nth degree. We will stay there again!
Very central location, friendly staff and nice bedrooms.
Without regular staff available it can be frustrating if you want to ask advice or if you have any issues with your room. Also, it would be nice to have some sort of savory food available for breakfast?
Beautiful B&B near the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. Ideal location for a cultural city trip in Rome!
Don't forget to close the window (noise) and be careful with the mini-bar (not free, although mentioned otherwise on Booked.net).
Beautiful little boutique B&B, lovely staff, free wifi. Our room was very pretty and we were within reach of all the main tourist spots of room and some great restaurants and bars. La Papessa is a little gem.
Wifi struggles to extend from reception to the furthest bedroom
All of it! The staff were lovely, the hotel was perfect and we had a fantastic time. I would definately recommend this hotel and I hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.
Great location, helpful staff and clean, nicely appointed rooms.
The breakfast that was offered was provided by a neighboring B&B. It was very poor in all categories. There was no fruit, meat, eggs, cappucino or bread as is typically offered in these types of arrangements. This part was very disappointing, especially considering the rate charged for the room.
location was fantastic
stairs were tough going and taxi ordered by hotel to take me back to airport never arrived, breakfast was only ok aswell
The room and bathroom were nice and the staff was very accommodating
staff are very kind and helpfull, location is perfect to reach the main attractions by walking, decoration and furniture are original and very nice, breakfast is very wel served ...
windows to the main street can be more accoustical
Very good value for money, for the price this is an excellent bed and breakfast. The decor makes you feel that you are in 17th century Europe. The location cannot be better; we walked everywhere we wanted to go with small children. There are at least 5 restaurants at your doorstep.
It took us a while to find someone to check in, but we did arrive earlier than stated and after hours, so because this is not a full service hotel, it was to be expected.
Staff was very friendly and responsive. Lobby is on 3rd floor.. so if you have luggage... send someone up to get access to the elevator. Also.. if you leave your luggage on your last day after checkout... make sure you get the door code.. we almost missed our train. Would definitely stay here again. Great place.
The owners and the staff are very nice, friendly, helpful people
Great place, my wife and I stayed there for three nights and everything was excellent. Location, Quiet, Clean.
